Keeping customers, visitors and employees safe

We are following the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19 and have put the following measures in place for the comfort and safety of our customers, visitors and employees.  We will keep these measures under review and update this page as necessary.  To avoid disappointment or the possibility of being turned away, please read the information below before visiting.

Please do not visit and stay at home if you, or someone you live with, has any of the following symptoms or you are isolating under government guidelines because you have had contact with somebody who is suspected of having COVID-19:

  • A high temperature

  • A new, continuous cough

  • A loss of, or change to, your sense of smell or taste

Please see our revised opening times.  These will be strictly adhered to as we will need to allow sufficient time for additional cleaning and disinfection.

We will be serving meals and can only serve alcohol with that meal.

Face coverings must be worn at all times unless you are seated at a table.

We will be keeping a record of all customers and visitors in line with government guidance.

Handwashing facilities and hand sanitiser stations will be provided at various locations including at entry and exit points.

Children are permitted.  All children must be supervised and remain seated at all times to ensure social distancing guidelines are being followed and that our other visitors feel comfortable.

We will be limiting the number of customers to ensure that social distancing guidelines can be followed.  We may have to turn customers away so it is advised to contact us in advance to book before visiting.

If this is for the next 72 hours, please phone to secure your booking.

Menus will be laminated and will be cleaned and disinfected between use.

There will be no bar service.  Do not congregate at the bar.

There will be marked routes indicating the direction of flow – please follow these directions.

We will limit entry to toilets on a one in, one out approach.

Doors will be wedged open to reduce touch points and improve ventilation.

To avoid disappointment or the possibility of being turned away, it is strongly recommended to contact us in advance to book.

We thank you for your co-operation during this challenging time.
